Bonus Terms & Conditions

Promotional monies, free spins, and rebates are all laid out in these Bonus Terms. They coexist with the primary T&Cs, the Policy on Payments, and the Policy on Responsible Gaming. Only the rules stated on the promotional card or in-game pop-up pertaining to that particular offer will be enforced.
1) Scope and opting in
Bonuses are optional. You opt in from your account before or during a qualifying action (for example, a first deposit). Opting in means you accept the conditions below as well as the key terms shown on the promo card. Unless a promo explicitly says otherwise, only one offer can be active at a time.
2) Welcome package (headline terms)
The standard welcome consists of a 200% match up to €5,000 plus 50 Free Spins on the named slot, unlocked with a €20+ deposit. The bonus has 30× wagering. Once the bonus is credited, you have 7 days to complete wagering; unused or un-wagered bonus value expires when that window closes. While wagering, the maximum bet is €5 per round or spin.
Free Spins winnings are treated as bonus funds and inherit the same expiry and wagering clock as the deposit match unless stated otherwise on the promo card.
3) No-deposit giveaways
From time to time the Platform may credit a small bonus or a Free Spins bundle without a deposit. These rewards must be claimed and used within 7 days. Where a no-deposit reward generates a withdrawable balance, the maximum cash-out is €10; any amount above that is removed when you withdraw. No-deposit rewards cannot be combined with other offers unless a promo card clearly allows it.
4) Bonus wallet and order of funds
Your account separates cash from bonus funds. With an active bonus, stakes are taken from cash first if the rules say so on the promo card; once cash is exhausted, stakes flow from bonus funds. You cannot withdraw a bonus itself—only winnings that have cleared wagering. If the bonus balance reaches €0.10 or less, the system cancels the bonus automatically and removes its wagering requirement.
If a qualifying deposit is reversed or refunded for any reason, the linked promotion and all bonus-derived winnings are cancelled.
5) Wagering requirement
Wagering (“play-through”) is the sum you must stake before bonus funds and any winnings from them can become withdrawable cash. For the welcome bonus the requirement is 30× the bonus amount unless a promo card sets a different multiple.
Contribution to wagering varies by game type. Unless a promo card lists a different mapping, use the table below.

Only stakes placed after the bonus is activated count. Void, cancelled or hedged bets do not count. Playing excluded titles while a bonus is active may result in those stakes not counting or, in serious cases, the bonus being removed—see section 9.
6) Bet limits and pace of play
While wagering is active, the maximum allowed bet is €5 per round or spin unless a promo card states a lower limit. The bet cap also applies to features that multiply the stake (for example, double-chance or ante bets) and to any “buy bonus” mechanics inside a slot.
7) Free Spins
Free Spins are credited to the slot named on the promo card. If the game is temporarily unavailable, the spins remain pending until the title is back or until the Free Spins expiry passes—whichever comes first. Winnings from Free Spins convert into bonus funds and follow the same wagering and expiry rules as the parent offer. If a Free Spins round fails to start, it is retried; if a malfunction is declared, that spin is void and remains in your Free Spins bank.
8) Cashback
A standing weekly cashback up to 10% may be available on net casino losses for the period Monday–Sunday. Cashback is credited weekly, has no wagering, and can be played or withdrawn subject to routine account checks. Minimum credited cashback is €0.10; the weekly cap per account is €10,000. Cashback does not apply to sports betting or to rounds voided under game rules.
9) Game restrictions and fair use
Some titles or mechanics are restricted during wagering. Examples include certain jackpot games, near-zero-volatility strategies designed to “bank” features for later, and bonus-buy rounds. The promo card lists any hard exclusions for that offer. The Platform may remove a bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably detects:
- Deliberate play on excluded games or features while wagering is active.
- Storing Free Spins or bonus rounds to use only after wagering is finished.
- Deposit-to-withdraw patterns without genuine play, or using payment methods not in your name.
- Multiple accounts or attempts to claim the same offer more than once.
When a breach looks unintentional, the Platform will usually remove the offending stakes from the wagering calculation and let the rest stand. Repeated breaches are treated as abuse.
10) Maximum convertible / withdrawable amounts
Unless a promo card explicitly sets a different figure, withdrawals from bonus play are capped at 10× the qualifying deposit for the welcome offer. No-deposit rewards are capped at €10. Cashback has no wagering and no special cap beyond the weekly maximum in section 8.
11) Withdrawing while a bonus is active
You can request a withdrawal at any time. If wagering is incomplete, requesting or receiving a withdrawal usually cancels the active bonus and removes any uncleared bonus winnings. Where law or risk checks require it, the Platform may ask for identity, payment-method ownership, or proportionate source-of-funds evidence before paying out.
Where technically possible, withdrawals are returned to the same method used to deposit; if not, an eligible alternative in your name may be used after verification. Live minimums, maximums and any staged-payout approach appear in the cashier before you submit.
12) Expiry and cancellation
Each promotion carries an expiry date. If you do not start wagering within 7 days of bonus credit, the bonus expires. If you start and do not finish within the same 7-day window (or the shorter/longer window stated on the promo card), any remaining bonus balance and uncleared bonus winnings are removed. You may cancel a bonus from your account at any time; cancelling removes the bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings but leaves your cash balance intact.
13) One per person; identity consistency
Each promotional entitlement is limited to a single account per person. The Platform may also apply limits per household, device, payment method and IP address to stop duplication. Identity details used for the account must match the details on the payment method used to qualify for an offer. If a conflict is detected, the bonus and related winnings may be removed.
14) Errors, malfunctions and settlement
If a display or settlement error occurs, balances are corrected to reflect the accurate outcome. Where a round is voided under the game rules, stakes are returned automatically to your wallet. Server records prevail if the number shown on a device differs from the authoritative log.
15) Changes and availability
Promotions may be changed, paused or withdrawn for legal, technical or fairness reasons. Changes never apply retroactively to activity you’ve already completed under an offer. The promo card always shows the current live rules before you opt in.
16) Netherlands-specific notes
These Bonus Terms were written with Dutch standards in mind. Age and identity checks apply before bonus withdrawals. Responsible-gaming protections (including Cruks exclusions, if applicable) override promotions; if an exclusion is active, bonus crediting and marketing are suppressed for the full period.
