Thanks for choosing Golden Panda. This page explains the rules for using our website and apps (the “Platform”). When you create an account, log in, deposit, place a bet, or claim a promotion, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If something feels unclear, you can always ask us from inside your account.


1) What these Terms cover

They’re the ground rules for your account, payments, bonuses, and play. They sit next to our Bonus Rules, Payments Policy, AML & KYC Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Privacy/Cookies info. If a game screen or payment page shows a rule that’s different for that moment, that on-screen rule wins for that transaction.


2) Who can play

Real-money play is only for adults. You must be 18+ (or older if your law says so) and allowed to gamble online where you are. If you’re in the Netherlands and your name appears in Cruks (the national self-exclusion register), we must block real-money access for the full exclusion period. Please don’t try to hide your location with VPNs or similar tools—they break the rules.


3) Your account

One person, one account, for personal use only. Use real details and keep them up to date. Don’t share your login, sell your account, or let someone else play through you. We may limit accounts per household, device, payment method, or IP to keep things fair.


4) Verification and Dutch AML rules

Before we switch on cash play or pay out, we check identity, age, and that payment methods are in your name. Dutch law (Wwft) sometimes asks us to go further—for example, proof of address or, in higher-risk cases, simple source of funds or source of wealth evidence. If we can’t complete checks to a reasonable standard, we have to keep the account restricted or close it. We also screen for sanctions, fraud, and account takeover. Records are kept as long as the law requires.


5) Safer play (zorgplicht)

Gambling should feel like entertainment, not pressure. You’ll find tools in your profile to set deposit, loss, wager, and session limits, switch on reality checks, take a time-out, or self-exclude. If your pattern suggests risk—very long sessions, rapid redeposits, big changes in staking—we may step in with nudges, temporary restrictions, or a cooling-off period. If Cruks shows an active exclusion, we must enforce it.


6) Location and tech

Some games require that you’re physically in a permitted place when you play. We use network and device signals to confirm that. Connections can hiccup; if there’s downtime or maintenance, we work to restore service, but we can’t promise 100% uptime.


7) Wallet and balances

Your wallet shows cash and, if applicable, bonus funds. They’re tracked separately and used in the order set out in the Bonus Rules. We log deposits, withdrawals, stakes, wins, and adjustments. If the number on your device ever disagrees with the game server, the server record is the one we settle on. Mis-settlement or display glitch? We correct the balance.


8) Deposits

Use payment methods that are yours and in your name—no third-party funding. The cashier shows current methods, limits, and any method-specific notes. To meet AML expectations, deposited funds should see reasonable turnover before unrelated withdrawals (details live in the Payments Policy). Deposits don’t earn interest.


9) Withdrawals

Where possible, we send withdrawals back to the same method you used to deposit. We may pause a payout briefly to re-check identity, confirm you own the method, run an AML review, or confirm bonus conditions are met. Minimums, maximums, and any staged payouts are shown in the cashier before you submit. Progressive jackpots funded by studios are paid according to studio rules after verification.


10) Promotions and bonuses

Bonuses are optional and come with simple rules: time limits, wagering, eligible games, a max bet while wagering, and sometimes a cap on what can be turned into cash. If you reverse a qualifying deposit, the linked promotion (and any bonus-derived winnings) is cancelled. You can usually have only one active promotion at a time unless the offer says otherwise.


11) Game fairness and malfunctions

Every game shows its own rules. Results are driven by server-side RNG. If a round fails to start or a malfunction is declared, your stake returns automatically. If a payout was off because of a tech issue, we fix the numbers as soon as we confirm the accurate result.


12) Things you mustn’t do

No multiple accounts. No playing for others. No payment methods that aren’t yours. No bots, collusion, or bonus abuse. Don’t try to deposit and withdraw without genuine play, don’t hide your location, and don’t use the Platform for anything unlawful. If we reasonably suspect a breach, we can suspend features, void unlawful gains (where the law allows), or close the account.


13) Security basics

We protect sessions with industry-standard tech and monitoring. Please help: use a strong, unique password, keep devices updated, and log out on shared machines. If we spot risk, we may force a logout, reset credentials, or put a temporary hold in place while we investigate.


14) Privacy, cookies, and Dutch law

We follow the GDPR and Dutch AVG/UAVG. Legal bases include contract necessity (running your account), legal obligations (Wwft record-keeping, Cruks checks), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, reliability), and consent for non-essential cookies or marketing. You can manage non-essential cookies in the banner and exercise GDPR rights from your account.


15) Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, open a case from within your account and tell us what happened (dates, game titles, amounts, references help a lot). We’ll check server logs and your wallet history and reply in that same thread. Still unhappy? Ask for a second review by a different specialist. Using any statutory dispute routes available to you won’t affect your consumer rights.


16) Dormant or closed accounts

If an account is closed by you or by us, any positive cash balance not under legal hold is sent to an eligible method in your name. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings don’t get paid out. Dormant balances are handled under the Payments Policy and applicable rules.


17) Intellectual property

The site, code, design, brand assets, and the games themselves belong to us or our partners. You get a personal, revocable licence to use them for entertainment. Please don’t copy, reverse engineer, or commercialise our stuff without written permission.


18) Liability in plain words

We provide the Platform “as available.” We don’t exclude liability that the law says we can’t. Otherwise, we’re not responsible for losses caused by things like misuse of your credentials, internet/provider outages, your device failing, or breaking these Terms. Local tax on winnings is your responsibility if it applies.


19) Events beyond our control

If there’s a major outage, provider failure, cyber-attack, or similar event we can’t reasonably control, we’ll work to limit impact and restore service, but delays or temporary unavailability may happen.


20) Updates to these Terms and to features

Laws and products change. When we update Terms or add/remove features, payment routes, or limits, we publish the new version on the Platform. If a change really matters to you, look for a notice in your account. Carrying on after the effective date means you accept the update.


21) Which rules apply

Mandatory consumer-protection and gambling rules where you play apply alongside these Terms. For the Dutch-facing Platform, Dutch law governs to the extent allowed by conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes can go to the competent Dutch courts unless mandatory law says otherwise.


22) Final details

If any clause here is struck down, the rest still stands. Not enforcing a right right away doesn’t mean we’ve given it up. These Terms, plus the policies and in-game rules we’ve mentioned, make up the whole agreement between you and us about using the Platform.
